Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG)
The Grove at Grand Bay is a luxury condominium development located in Miami, USA. Comprised of two beautiful, unique spiraling, all-glass towers, Grove at Grand has a total of 96 condo residences, it rises to 20 floors each tower and the plot has a total of 58 900 squared metres. It was desgnied by the team of BIG and developed by Terra Group.
In my point of view, the design that Mr Ingels has created is very smart because he has tried to take advantage of the twisting design as much as possible so most of the apartments can enjoy the views. Additionally, it has given it a very special look, recognized across the world and leaving behind the boring straight lines and perpendicularity.
